June 1, 2019 in the reading room "Uzbekistan" of the National Library of Uzbekistan opened a book-illustrative exhibition titled "Bolalar - kayot mazmuni, oila kuvonchi" (Children - the meaning of life, family joy), dedicated to the International Children's Day.
International Children's Day is celebrated annually on June 1, it was established in November 1949 in Paris by the decision of the Congress of the International Democratic Federation of Women, first celebrated in 1950. On this day, actions are held in support of the rights and well-being of children, events are held, sports competitions are organized. In many countries on this day many mass, entertainment and cultural events for children take place.
At the book-illustrative exhibition entitled “Bolalar - Hayot Mazmuni, Oila Kuvonchi” (Children - the meaning of life, the joy of the family) took the place of books and magazines, manuals and photos telling about the life of children of the world.

Books “Legal Basis for the Protection of Children's Rights'',“ Rights of the child ”(“ Inson Hukuklari ”) and others will help educators, teachers, mentors and parents in educating the younger generation, and informative books from the series“ Encyclopedia for Children ”,“ Bolalar encyclopedia ”,“ Great Child Encyclopedia ”," Astronomya va koinot "will help children learn something new and interesting.
