The Fund of the National Library of Uzbekistan has been replenished with new editions of Abdullah Kadiri's novel “Days gone by” in Uzbek and English. Publications donated to the Karimov Foundation.
An English translation of the work that laid the foundation for the Uzbek Romance school was carried out with the support of the Karimov Foundation and published by the famous French publishing house Nouveau Monde Editions. A wide circle of readers, especially the younger generation of Uzbeks, received him with great enthusiasm.
The translation of the novel “Days gone by” into English was made by British literary critic Carol Ermakova, who has translated more than 30 works of art into his account. Illustrations for the publication were created by the famous Uzbek artist Bobur Ismailov.
The Karimov Foundation also published a gift version of the work in the Latin alphabet of the Uzbek language.
