June 7, 2019 in the National Library of Uzbekistan, together with the International Women's Public Foundation "SHARQ AYOLI", the award ceremony for the winners of the contest "The best teacher of the Russian language in Uzbekistan." The competition, organized by the Ministry of Public Education, the International Women's Public Foundation “Sharq Ayoli” and the “Russian Humanitarian Mission” organization, competed for teachers of the Russian language and literature of secondary educational institutions of the republic.
On June 4, 2019, a literary and musical evening was held at the National Library of Uzbekistan timed to coincide with the International Children's Day. The event, organized jointly with the Bashkir-Tatar cultural center "Agidel", was attended by representatives of the Republican International Cultural Center, representatives of German, Jewish, Tatar, Korean national cultural centers, guests of the event and library users.

June 1, 2019 in the reading room "Uzbekistan" of the National Library of Uzbekistan opened a book-illustrative exhibition titled "Bolalar - kayot mazmuni, oila kuvonchi" (Children - the meaning of life, family joy), dedicated to the International Children's Day.
According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5574 of 12.11.2019 "On the establishment of additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and the transfer of days off in 2019" and a decision of 30.05.2019:
- June 1 and 2, the National Library of Uzbekistan provides services to users until 5:00 pm;
- on June 4, on a pre-day day, working time is reduced by 1 hour and services are rendered to users until 19:00;
- On June 5, in honor of the holiday Ruza Khayit (Iid al-Fitr), is declared a weekend and the library does not render services to users on this day.
